If you receive an item damaged, you must contact Sydney’s Sparkling Gems within 2 days of receiving your order. Item must be returned to Sydney’s Sparkling Gems Boutique. Once item is received, you will be sent a replacement item if available. If item is not available, you will receive a store credit.
Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing before it is shipped.
Once a tracking number has been provided of your order, we are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items. Tracking confirms the responsibility of Sydney’s Sparkling Gems Boutique delivering your item as promised, and thereafter falls on the post office.
